Built for insurance agents — every vertical you sell

The follow-up runs itself. You just show up and sell.

Bundle Village answers a new lead in seconds, holds the conversation, and books the appointment against your real calendar — then keeps the relationship warm long after the policy is placed.

Speed to lead

What happens while you’re at dinner.

6:41 PM
The lead comes in
A form submission from your ad, your site, or a referral link.
6:41 PM
The first text goes out
Automatically, in the same minute — while they still remember filling it out.
6:44 PM
They reply
The conversation keeps going without you. Questions answered, situation qualified.
6:52 PM
The appointment is booked
Against your real availability, so there’s nothing to reconcile later.
Next morning
You open the CRM
A confirmed call is already on your calendar, with the whole thread attached to the record.
What’s inside

Already built before you log in.

Most CRMs hand you an empty database and a tutorial. This one arrives with the pipeline, the campaigns and the automations already in place — set up for the vertical you write rather than a generic one.

Pipelines you didn’t have to build

Health, final expense, mortgage protection, term life, IUL, annuities. Each one is a complete pipeline with the follow-up already hanging off every stage — tell us which you sell and they’re loaded before you log in, and another one is a request away. Where a lead sits, and what happens to them next, stops living in your head.

An AI setter that finishes the conversation

It texts the lead the second they come in, answers the obvious questions, and puts a confirmed appointment on your calendar. You pick it up at the point where it’s worth your time.

One inbox

Texts, calls and emails in one thread, in the order they actually happened.

Contact records

Every lead, client and referral tagged by product, stage, source and renewal date.

Retention & referrals

Post-sale check-ins, renewal reminders and a referral ask that goes out without you.

Campaigns, pre-written

Grouped, ready to run, and yours to edit. Nothing to write from a blank page.

Reporting

Which lead source is earning its money, and which stage is quietly costing you.

Support built in

Open a ticket from inside the system, on the record, without leaving your workspace.

How it works

What runs without you.

Appointment booking

Nobody waits for you to finish dinner.

Leads shop around, and they submit forms at 6:41 on a weeknight — while you’re eating, driving, or on another call. Bundle Village answers in that minute instead of the next morning, so the conversation starts while they’re still thinking about it.

  • A text goes out the moment the form is submitted
  • The AI holds the back-and-forth and books against your real availability
  • Reminders go out on their own, so fewer appointments no-show

Conversations

One record. Every conversation you’ve ever had.

Text, call and email threads sit on the same contact record, in order. Nothing falls between channels, and nobody gets called twice because the last conversation happened somewhere you weren’t looking.

  • Every call, text, email and note on one timeline
  • Saved replies for the questions you answer every single day
  • A missed call texts back on its own, so it doesn’t become a lost lead

Retention & referrals

The sale isn’t the end of the relationship.

Renewals and referrals leak out in the quiet months, when nobody has a reason to call. Bundle Village keeps the relationship on a schedule — check-ins, coverage reviews, the renewal window — so staying in touch isn’t something you have to remember to do.

  • A sequence that keeps running for as long as the policy does
  • The renewal prompt arrives with time left to do something about it
  • A referral ask timed to the moment the client is happiest

Why this exists

Built around how insurance actually gets sold.

Generic sales software assumes a deal that closes once and never comes back. Insurance isn’t. There’s a renewal, a life event that changes what the client needs, the next policy in the same household, and a family that grows.

Bundle Village is shaped around that reality — which is why the pipeline, the campaigns and the retention sequences are already written when you open it, instead of waiting for you to build them on a Sunday.

Getting started

Week one, and what actually happens in it.

Here’s exactly what happens between signing up and running your first automated follow-up.

The workspace goes live

Your workspace arrives with the pipeline, campaign libraries and automations already built. On the setup call we load the verticals you sell — final expense, mortgage protection, term life, IUL, annuities — and each one is in within a business day.

Work through the onboarding course

Short, practical video lessons that walk the system feature by feature, at whatever pace suits you.

Point it at how you actually sell

A live consultation to wire it to your calendar, your lead sources and your follow-up timing — and to answer whatever the course didn’t.

Three minutes

Three minutes before you decide.

The pipeline, the AI setter, the dialer and the follow-up that runs on its own — the whole system in one short walkthrough.

Pricing

$97 a month, plus what you send.

A single monthly fee for the platform, plus pay-as-you-go usage for the texts, calls and emails you actually send.

Usage, billed as you go

The subscription covers the platform. What you send on top of it is metered, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one.

SMS$0.01 / segment A segment is about 160 characters — or about 70 once you use an emoji. $10 covers roughly 1,000 segments.
Outbound calls$0.0168 / min About $0.50 for a 30-minute call. $10 covers roughly 590 minutes.
Inbound calls$0.0102 / min About $0.31 for a 30-minute call. $10 covers roughly 980 minutes.
Email$0.001 / email $10 covers roughly 10,000 emails, so a large nurture list stays cheap to run.

US rates, and they can vary by region. Attaching an image makes the message an MMS, which is billed at its own rate rather than as extra segments. Your live rates and running balance are in your workspace under Settings → Billing.

FAQ

What agents ask before they sign up.

The $97 subscription is fixed. Texts, calls and emails are metered on top of it, so what you pay tracks how much you actually send:

  • $0.01 per SMS segment — about 160 characters, or about 70 once you use an emoji. $10 covers roughly 1,000 segments.
  • $0.0168 per minute outbound — about $0.50 for a 30-minute call.
  • $0.0102 per minute inbound — about $0.31 for a 30-minute call.
  • $0.001 per email — $10 covers roughly 10,000 emails.

These are US rates and can vary by region. Attaching an image makes the message an MMS, billed at its own rate. Your live rates and running balance are in your workspace under Settings → Billing.

Carriers also charge separately to register your business for business texting, before you can send any. That’s the next question down.

Not straight away, and this is true of every CRM that sends texts — not just this one. US carriers require your business to be registered before it can send business SMS (the A2P 10DLC rules). You buy your number and send us the registration form during onboarding; we handle the registration from there, and it takes a couple of business days once we have your form. The registration fees are the carriers’ and sit outside the $97.

Everything else — your pipelines, the calendars, email, the automations behind them — works while you wait. Worth starting registration on your first day rather than your first busy week.

Yes. Contacts import from a spreadsheet, and you can tag them on the way in — by product, by renewal date, by where they came from — so your book arrives organized rather than as one undifferentiated list. Your lead sources can post new leads in directly too, which is what makes the speed-to-lead texting work.

One thing to get right on the way in: an imported contact is not automatically a contact you have consent to text or email. Which of your existing clients can go into which automated sequences is a call you make, and the setup call is the right place to make it deliberately rather than by accident.

Set up for you. Your pipelines, campaign libraries and automations are already built when your workspace is created. You then get an onboarding course that walks the system feature by feature, and a live setup call to configure it around how you sell.

Six. Health, final expense, mortgage protection, term life, IUL and annuities, each with its own pipeline, campaigns and automations already written. Tell us which ones you sell and they’re loaded into your workspace. Need another one later, request it from the support center and it’s live within a business day. Selling something that isn’t on that list? Let support know. See every vertical.

No. The parts that would normally require setting up — the pipeline stages, the follow-up sequences, the appointment automations — are already built and running. Day to day you’re answering conversations and taking appointments, not wiring workflows.

It’s month to month. You can cancel anytime, and the request goes in from inside the CRM under Settings → Billing. Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged for the month after it.

Open a support ticket from inside the system. It goes in with your account context attached, so whoever picks it up can already see how your workspace is set up.
